KOPLANIT - DMCA & CONTENT REMOVAL POLICY

Last Updated: July 8, 2026

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

Koplanit respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated Copyright Agent:

Copyright Agent, Koplanit
Email: support@koplanit.com (subject line: "DMCA Notice")
Mail: 531 Roselane Street NW Suite 400, Marietta, GA 30060, US

You can also flag an individual photo directly using the "Report photo" option on any event gallery and selecting "Copyright or IP infringement."

2. What a Valid DMCA Notice Must Include

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • Identification of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it (a link to the event page or photo is ideal).
  • Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Counter-Notification

If your content was removed in response to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send our Copyright Agent a counter-notification containing: identification of the removed material and where it appeared, your contact information, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which Koplanit may be found), and your physical or electronic signature. If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the original claimant files a court action.

4. Repeat-Infringer Policy

Koplanit will, in appropriate circumstances, suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright or other intellectual property rights. We may also remove content, limit uploads, or restrict account features at our discretion while a complaint is under review.

5. Intimate Images Shared Without Consent

Koplanit prohibits non-consensual intimate imagery. If an intimate image of you (including a realistic computer-generated depiction) has been shared on the Platform without your consent, report it using the "Report photo" option and select "Intimate image shared without consent," or email support@koplanit.com. You do not need a Koplanit account to submit a report.

Consistent with the TAKE IT DOWN Act, we remove reported non-consensual intimate imagery, and identical copies of it, within 48 hours of receiving a valid removal request from an identifiable individual (or someone authorized to act on their behalf).

6. Other Content Concerns

For reports that are not about copyright or intimate imagery — spam, harassment, or other harmful content — use the report option next to the content itself, or contact support@koplanit.com. See also our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
