KOPLANIT - REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. How Subscriptions Bill
Paid Koplanit plans start with a 14-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. After the trial ends, your subscription renews automatically each month at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel. The renewal terms are also shown on the payment page before you subscribe.
Current prices are always listed on the pricing page. If prices change, existing subscribers get at least 30 days' notice.
2. How to Cancel
Cancel anytime, in the same place you subscribed: go to Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription. No phone call, no email, no chat with a retention team.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access to paid features until then, and you are not charged again. Cancelling during the free trial means you are never charged at all.
3. Refunds
- Partial periods: we do not issue partial-period refunds for unused time within a billing cycle — cancellation instead stops the next charge.
- Charges made in error: if you believe a charge was a mistake (double-billed, charged after cancelling, wrong amount), contact support@koplanit.com within 30 days and we will review and correct it.
- Annual plans (when offered): refundable within 14 days of purchase if no paid features have been used; after that, the standard cancellation policy applies.
4. What Happens to Your Data
Cancelling never deletes your data. Your account reverts to the free tier with its standard limits, and anything beyond those limits becomes read-only. You can resubscribe at any time. Full details in our Terms of Service (Section 9).
